"I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars, THAT IS HOW AMAZING THEY ARE!This is the dream team that everybody needs! I seldom put my name on anything but Mike, Jess, and the Pichan Realty Team are the one exception. As a first time home buyer, I experienced just how stressful and nerve wracking it can be to venture through this process but the best decision I made was working with Mike and Jess. Whether you are looking to buy a home today or a year from now, this is the realtor team you want by your side to get you to closing day. Within the span of a day, I went from casually window shopping to needing to find a home in 48 hours AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I called Jess after breakfast to let her know, and by lunchtime, she had emailed me and had an itinerary full of booked viewings for the next two days. Mike and Jess will move mountains if that’s where you say you want your next home to be and they truly do have your best interest at heart. They will prove it time and time again. They’ll step in to help even when their job is done. What some others couldn’t do in the span of two weeks, Mike got done in 24 hours. They communicated with me very effectively, and I was so comfortable that I asked tons of questions. Super accommodating doesn’t even begin to describe this team. I have a crazy work schedule and high family demands but they worked with me without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. If I had a question in the middle of the night then they had an answer in the middle of the night. It’s unbelievable to imagine that they had any other clients (or slept) with how much time they spent with me and how quickly they were to respond. I don’t know how they could possibly get everything done in a day but they do and I will forever be grateful that my coworkers led me to Mike, Jess and the entire Pichan Realty Team!"
